Finalized sales are non-refundable except in cases of manufacturer defects. We inspect all items before shipping to ensure quality. If you receive a defective item, please contact us within 14 days of receipt. Eligibility for refund or exchange will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
We strive to process and ship orders promptly. Delivery times may vary based on your location and the shipping method chosen. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers.
